HEALTH POLICY

We must have a complete immunization record (white card) and a medical examination form on file for each child. In order that the health of other children is not endangered and additional infection is not developed in your child, we ask that you keep your child home when:

1. There are symptoms of a possible communicable disease.
2. There is a sore throat
3. There is a fever (must be absent for 24 hours before returning.)
4. There are red eyes/eyes with excess matter (other than allergy.)

Please notify the school at once if your child does have a communicable disease. These precautions not only protect others but will keep your child healthier too.
