Janell joined the RCF pastoral team in 2002. She is currently the Director of our Women’s Ministry, First Impressions Ministry and RCF Community Groups. Janell received her Teaching Credential from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and taught in the public school system in San Jose for 11 years.
During her time at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Janell was actively involved with the Navigators Ministry. She has also lead and served in many different capacities during her 16 years at South Hills Community Church in San Jose, CA. She is currently pursuing her M Div. at Western Seminary. Janell and her husband Brad have three children - Kyle, Derek, and Michelle. Janell loves to study and teach God’s word, and help attendees get connected and enfolded into the RCF family.
