Brad joined the RCF pastoral team in June 2002 as the Pastor of Administration, overseeing church operations, personnel, and church finances. In addition, he oversees the First Impressions Ministry. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University in Business Administration / Marketing. Brad has over 12 years experience in sales and marketing management, working in the high tech and entertainment software industries. Brad also served in lay leadership in a number of ministries, including children’s, Jr. High and High School, singles, couples, and finance ministries.
In 1991, he joined the pastoral staff at South Hills Community Church in San Jose, CA where he served as Administration Pastor for 8 years. Brad and his wife Janell were married in 1987. Janell is RCF’s Director of Women’s Ministry and Small Groups Ministry. They have twin boys Kyle and Derek and a daughter, Michelle. Brad is an avid San Jose Sharks hockey fan and loves to cook.
